The auditorium retains its historic Victorian architecture and heritage features, providing an impressive backdrop that adds a sense of occasion to professional and civic events. When set as a flat floor, the space can accommodate flexible seating layouts, cabaret style tables or presentation formats, depending on event requirements. Booking the Auditorium alone does not include stage or backstage access and is intended for events that do not require theatrical production, rehearsals or performance support. Best suited for: - Conferences and seminars - AGMs and formal meetings - Lectures and talks - Networking and professional events - Heritage led or ceremonial gatherings Included: - Auditorium space only (flat floor configuration) - Front of house access - Audience seating or table layouts as agreed -- Auditorium with Stage, Sound and Lighting This option provides full access to the Auditorium and Stage at Lurgan Town Hall, supporting theatrical, musical and performance based events such as pantomimes, showcases, dance schools, amateur dramatics, recitals and community productions. In addition to auditorium seating, this booking includes access to the stage and backstage circulation, enabling performers and organisers to operate in a professional performance environment. The setup supports rehearsals, scene changes, performer movement and technical operation. The hire includes backstage changing rooms, suitable for performers, speakers and crew. Basic stage lighting and technical infrastructure may be supported subject to advance discussion and booking requirements. Due to the historic nature of the building, backstage areas include level changes and the changing rooms are accessed via stairs within the annex. It is important to note upon booking to liaise with the facility manager in regards to access to the annex stairs and toilet facilities. Technical Support is available and is subject to availability and come with an additional cost.
