Pricing Information
Standard rates for our community facilities can be found on their respective pages. These can be seen from the search results or by viewing our facilities under "Our Venues".
Depending on the nature of your hire, your booking may be eligible for a different pricing band:
Commercial Rate
Applicable to commercial organisations, businesses, and private individuals hiring the facility for commercial or profit-generating purposes.
Concessionary Rate
To qualify, groups must be constituted community organisations with insurance held in the organisation's name and a constitution that demonstrates they fall within one of the categories below. Concessionary rates apply to room hire only, as set out in the pricing schedule.
Eligible groups include:
- Senior Citizens Groups (60+) – organised groups of individuals aged 60 and over participating in social, recreational, or educational activities.
- Parent and Toddler Groups – gatherings of parents or caregivers with young children (typically under 5 years) for social, support, or play-based activities.
- Disability Groups – organised groups supporting people with physical, sensory, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.
- Youth Groups – organised groups of young people (typically aged 5–18) engaged in structured activities such as sport, health, education, or community programmes.
Community Rate
Community, voluntary, and not-for-profit organisations.
Statutory Rate
Government and public sector organisations (charged at 2 × the Standard Rate).
Public Holiday Rate
All bookings taking place on bank or public holidays (charged at 2 × the Standard Rate).
Standard Event
Events with fewer than 50 attendees.
